How it works

The 1:1 coaching lasts approximately 3 months and is tailored to your needs. It consists of one initial session (1.5 hours) and 7 follow-up sessions, where we work purposefully to create a more efficient and balanced workday for you.

This is how the process is structured: 

Initial session (1.5 hours):  situation, identifying the challenges that steal your time and prevent you from getting work done effectively. Here, we set goals for the program and define what you want to achieve.

In these sessions, we focus on implementing strategies that bring clarity and balance to your workday. We tailor solutions to your situation, from better task prioritisation to developing healthy habits and effective planning systems.

My name is Nina, and I am a certified Master Coach in Personal Efficiency. Having spent my entire career in passion-driven organisations, I know firsthand how hectic a workday can be.
