How it works

The Team Alignment Hour is a flexible programme that fits around your team’s rhythm. Each month, your team meets for a one-hour, facilitated session focused on a key area of team health.

You choose the six to ten themes that best match your current needs. Start at any time of year.

Each session includes:

In this session, the team explores how they currently manage both personal and shared time – and how they can improve their approach to foster greater focus, balance and clarity.

PRIORISATION

In a fast-paced environment filled with competing demands, it’s easy to feel pulled in multiple directions. In this session, the team uses a simple but powerful model to explore how they prioritise and how emotions influence work habits – and they discuss how to support each other in working more mindfully.

FOCUS

From noisy offices to constant notifications, staying focused is a daily challenge. In this session, the team reflects on when and why they lose concentration – and explores simple ways to create more undisturbed time, both individually and together.

RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility builds trust and clarity. In this session, the team discusses the balance between individual and shared responsibilities, and explores what lies within – and outside – their roles. The result: reduced stress and clearer collaboration.

GRATITUTE

Gratitude strengthens relationships and makes collaboration easier. In this session, the team reflects on how they give and receive appreciation – and discovers how small gestures can make a big difference to the team’s energy and wellbeing.

ENERGY

Energy is a limited resource. In this session, the team shares what drains and recharges them, and explores practical ways to maintain sustainable energy levels – individually and as a team – in the midst of a demanding work life.

FEEDBACK

Feedback fuels learning, alignment and growth. In this session, the team explores how to make feedback feel safer and more useful – and how to ask for it, give it and receive it in ways that build connection and trust.

COURAGE

Courage is the starting point for change. In this session, the team reflects on the situations where they hold back – and the ones where they speak up. Together, they explore how to build a culture where it’s easier to take healthy risks and challenge the status quo.

PLANNING

Planning creates direction and reduces stress – but not everyone approaches it the same way. In this session, the team discusses the value of planning, the level of detail that works best, and how to align around goals and responsibilities for the months ahead.

WELLBEING

Wellbeing is more than the absence of burnout – it’s about creating a healthy, energising work environment. In this session, the team explores what they need to feel good, stay motivated, and enjoy coming to work.
